Every year, we venture out to the Merry Christmas Tree Farm with our friends to find and cut down our Christmas tree. This year, the weather was cold and little Jack was a grumpster. But, we still had a blast and it made for some hilarious photos! (For the film nerds: All images were taken on my old 35mm Canon Elan 7e, using Fuji Pro 400H film.) Enjoy!

What’s behind our mini sessions?
At APP, we are constantly trying to come up with creative ways to document the details of childhood. We believe that consistency is key in producing artful keepsakes, so we’ve come up with a way to provide you with beautiful keepsakes annually.
The purpose behind this post is to remind you that every season with your little one is an occasion with photographing. Our kids change with the seasons, and that is cause for documenting!
{autumn}
We chose this name Forget-me-not, because we wanted a way to capture all of the cute quirks and funny things that they say and do, so that we “forget them not.” And over the course of the year, you will have a beautiful story of how your little one has grown. Our mini sessions are offered at any time at a pre-determined location to reflect the season. This is a also a great way to build your own “baby’s first year” package at each milestone, or combine a maternity FMN with 3 milestone first year sessions. There are so many varieties of sessions, which makes the mini session such a quick, easy way to consistently document your little ones.
{summer}
For our friends who choose 4 FMN or other sessions over the course of 1 year, you will receive a free quad folio with a feature photo from each session. These can be embossed and personalized with your child’s name on the cover. This allows you to begin building a library of stories from their childhood each year.
